The Public School is a school with no curriculum. It is not accredited, it does not give out degrees, and it has no affiliation with the public school system. It is a framework that supports autodidactic activities, operating under the assumption that everything is in everything. The Public School Berlin was initiated in the fall of 2010 and was for the past three years hosted at Archive Kabinett.

Starting in February 2015, The Public School Berlin is hosted by A Public Library at Bona-Peiser-Bibliothek, with classes taking place on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Please take a look at the recent proposals and add yourself if you are interested; make new proposals for things you’d like to see happen; or stop by when we hold our first classes later this month.

The Public School ist eine Schule ohne Lehrplan. Diese Schule ist nicht akkreditiert, vergibt keine akademischen Abschlüsse und ist nicht Teil des öffentlichen Schulsystems. Davon ausgehend, dass alles in allem enthalten ist, bietet The Public School einen Rahmen, der autodidaktische Aktivitäten unterstützt. The Public School Berlin begann im Herbst 2010 und befand sich in den letzten drei Jahren bei Archive Kabinett.

Ab Februar 2015 wird The Public School Berlin von A Public Library in der Bona-Peiser-Bibliothek gehostet. A Public Library ist geöffnet Mittwoch und Samstag, an diesen Tagen werden auch die Seminare von The Public School Berlin stattfinden. Wir freuen uns, in den kommenden Monaten viele Seminare zu organisieren: schaut durch die letzten Vorschläge, tragt euch als interessiert ein; macht neue Vorschläge für etwas, das ihr unterrichten oder an dem ihr teilnehmen möchtet; oder kommt zu den Seminaren, die bald statt finden werden.
